The City of Boulder City’s Zoning Code guides how land is used and developed in our community. Originally adopted in the 1960s, the last major update to the code was in 1988, with incremental amendments over the last 37 years. The Community Development Department invites you to join City Council and the Planning Commission for an informative presentation and overview on the Zoning Code Diagnosis and Recommendations Report, prepared by Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at City Hall.
